Now that the classifications are available, how is one to make sense of them?

The latest version of the quench and control sample data tables have added 11 columns, 1 for each possible classification choice that could have been made.
How were the individual entries determined? Majority vote?
By my count there are 31,104 possible combinations of factor levels. About 787 combinations had non-zero counts, and there were a very much smaller number of popular combinations. Is there an agreed upon way to produce a manageable classification scheme from these multidimensional classifications?
