What is the best thread to use to report bugs in the Tools?

  The title should be self-explanatory.

  I've been using the "New Tools Tutorial", but that seems to me to be less than ideal, if only because of its name).

  If it's a new bug, I'd recommend creating a new thread with a clear title. That way Ed will more quickly see it and address it.
