  That is indeed a foreground star. The colors and the white spot are optical artifacts

  Odd red stripe across lower right of disc. SDSS spectrum has spike at 6300ang. Artifact or local object (red) superimposed on disc (orange)?

  Red Shift？I am not sure. But personally speaking,I think it's not an artifact.
