Neat one. Galaxy itself not an artifact. Red streak likely is, but OK to ignore since not causing serious issue with galaxy shape.

Vrooje, you write maybe AGN cuz of how bright the central core is? What's the process for thinking if something is an AGN or not? Curious.

That white color (~PSF-size) just says active galaxy to me (quenched or otherwise). Wouldn't be surprised to see a BLAGN/QSO label in SDSS.

In centre of photograph there is main big galaxy with smaller galaxy at its left bottom. Also, other possible galaxy at left bottom corner
