Good to see this post. I totally agree, but we're limited by the data/observations we have. The Sloan Digital Sky Survey did us an amazing service by providing images and spectroscopy of galaxies across a huge amount of the night sky. But the resolution (how well we can see galaxy shapes) is not as high as in Hubble images, for example. Hubble has imaged a much much smaller area of sky, so we don't have Hubble images for most of our sample.

With all that said, Sloan Digital Sky Survey images are pretty darn good and have led to amazing results through Galaxy Zoo. For this galaxy, for the question 'Does it have spiral arms', I would mark 'No' because I can't see the spiral arms.

Thank you for classifying and talking about your findings!
