I can't see any sign of interacting, but not sure. #merging
There's a green dot to the right of the bulge - could be artifact. Not sure if the galaxy above is nearby?

Yes maybe it has interacted recently? Is the blue spot just above relevant?
Not sure if it's interacting with the object in the top left or the reddish object above. But there appears to be a trail?
