  This definitely doesn't look symmetrical, but it's not clear enough to tell what's going on. The thing at the bottom is awfully blue.

  I am not so sure whether this is an ellipical galaxy, but surely it has been disturbed.

  Not an elliptical. I'd go for disturbed spiral.
