  As far as I know, Irr means Irregular and this one looks like that IMHO.

  understand that (f) = Prominent F stars? but Inclination hard to judge at this distance

  Possible faint clump oriented perpendicular to disc near upper limb. Red spot likely local star (oops - moderator said that)
