"Blue Pea" overlapping a more distant AGN?

    Or an EELR (extended emission line region, a.k.a. AGN cloud, voorwerpje)? The spectrum is almost 'only (narrow) emission lines'! It does, however, have a continuum that seems to rise inexorably towards the blue (just like an AGN):
